Yes. We deliver to high-rise buildings throughout North Jersey regularly. If your building requires a certificate of insurance (COI), freight elevator booking, or management approval, let us know when you order and we’ll coordinate everything in advance. Grand pianos are delivered with legs removed and fit through standard doorways.

Our showroom is at 37 West 65th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side — roughly 30 minutes from most of Bergen and Hudson County by car, or a quick NJ Transit ride to Penn Station. If you’d prefer not to make the trip, we offer virtual tours over Zoom or FaceTime. Most of our customers never visit the showroom at all.

Yes. Monmouth and Ocean counties are within our delivery area. Asbury Park, Red Bank, Long Branch, Toms River, Point Pleasant — if you’re going down the shore, we can bring a piano with you.

No. PianoPiano is only required to collect sales tax in New York and California. New Jersey renters pay no sales tax on rental payments.

Definitely not.  You can rent for as long as you want, cancel when you want.  Some stores do push to get you on a track to buy the piano.  You won’t hear anything like that from us.  Around here we like to say “Piano when you want it, not when you don’t.” If you want to, you can rent forever--and your monthly rental price will never increase.
