Fairfield County is one of our closest markets outside of New York City. Greenwich, Stamford, Norwalk, Westport, Fairfield, and the surrounding towns are typically on the faster end of our delivery schedule — most deliveries within a week.

Our showroom is at 37 West 65th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. From lower Fairfield County, that’s about an hour by car or a Metro-North ride to Grand Central. From Hartford or New Haven, roughly two hours. You can also skip the trip entirely and use a virtual tour over Zoom or FaceTime, or browse pianos online.

Yes. New Haven and the surrounding towns — Hamden, West Haven, Milford, Branford, Guilford — are all within our delivery area. Yale students and faculty are among our regular customers. Yes. Hartford, West Hartford, Glastonbury, Simsbury, Avon, Farmington, and the rest of the Hartford metro are all within our delivery area. We also deliver further north still, to Massachusetts and even the Finger Lakes region of NY!

PianoPiano is only required to collect sales tax in New York and California. Connecticut renters pay no sales tax on rental payments.

Definitely not.  You can rent for as long as you want, cancel when you want.  Most stores do push you to buy the piano eventually.  You won’t hear anything like that from us.  Around here we like to say “Piano when you want it, not when you don’t.” If you want to, you can rent forever--and your monthly rental price will never increase.
