Yes. Our delivery team moves pianos up narrow stairwells in pre-war buildings every week. We’ll ask about the number of flights, stairwell width, and any turns or landings when you order and guide you to the right piano accordingly. Upright pianos fit through standard doorways and up most Manhattan staircases. Grand pianos are delivered with legs removed.

Yes. Our showroom is at 37 West 65th Street on the Upper West Side, across the street from Lincoln Center. Come play as many pianos as you want — no appointment needed. If you’d rather not make the trip, our full inventory is available to browse online.

Yes. Many Manhattan buildings require a certificate of insurance (COI), freight elevator reservation, or management approval before a delivery. Let us know your building’s requirements when you order and we’ll coordinate directly with your management company or super. We do it all the time!

Manhattan is our home base, and we deliver seven days a week. Most deliveries are scheduled within one week, often sooner depending on availability and your building’s scheduling requirements.

A piano with a silent system lets you plug in headphones and practice at any hour — midnight, 6 AM, whenever. You get the full feel of real piano action, but your neighbors hear nothing. For Manhattan apartments, this is the most popular option we offer.

You can buy it at any time. Your purchase price is locked in the day your rental starts and never increases. 100% of your rental payments from the first 12 months are applied toward the purchase price — and that credit applies to the piano you’re renting or any other piano we have of equal or greater value. Definitely not. You can rent for as long as you want, cancel when you want.  Some stores do push to get you on a track to buy the piano.  You won’t hear anything like that from us.  Around here we like to say “Piano when you want it, not when you don’t.” If you want to, you can rent forever--and your monthly rental price will never increase.
